Tracy W. Baynes
Tracy founded STEP in 2002. She brings 21 years of experiential education and expedition leadership experience to the organization. Tracy obtained her doctorate in oceanography from Scripps Institution of Oceanography in 1993. Since then she has dedicated her career to bringing students out into the field. She has done so as a faculty member with a variety of institutions including Sea Education Association, Columbia University, Long Island University, and the University of Pittsburgh.

Courtney J. McEniry

A recent transplant from Chicago, Courtney has dedicated the last 25 years of her life to fundraising and event planning for nonprofit organizations including Lincoln Park Zoo, Rush University Medical Center and four educational institutions.  In addition, she worked for 8 years in the corporate insurance business and owned and managed a fitness studio. Inspired by her late father, she is acutely aware of the importance of education, comprehensive college preparation and the inspiration of young people. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Richard C. Strobridge, Chairman

Rick has been involved with STEP from the beginning.  He is the CEO  of Entra Health Systems (www.entrahealthsystems.com,

www.myglucohealth.net) and the President and CEO of Healthcare Technology Corporation (www.healthcaretec.com).  Rick is a technologist and entrepreneur and has founded seven technology startups.  He is a leading expert in telemedicine, medical imaging systems, advanced operating room design, and medical technology integration, and a pioneer in integrated voice/video/data networking, videoconferencing and distance learning.  Rick is an avid sailor and an alumnus of a semester-at-sea college program.

Gail Williams
Gail is a tax consultant. For over 30 years she has advised individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations on their financial needs. Gail was instrumental in establishing the Arizona Association of Women Business Owners and the Arizona Inventors Association, serving on their founding Boards.
