Tracy
Baynes
Tracy founded STEP in 2002. She brings
15 years of experiential education
and expedition leadership experience
to the organization. Tracy obtained
her doctorate in oceanography from
Scripps Institution of Oceanography
in 1993. Since then she has dedicated
her career to bringing students out
into the field. She has done so as
a faculty member with a variety of
institutions including Sea Education
Association, Columbia University,
Long Island University, and the University
of Pittsburgh.
Steve Boyle
Steve is President and Co-Founder of L’ Auberge Communities, a real estate development firm in Arizona and Colorado. Prior to that, he was President of Hutton Real Estate Services and Founder of its National Real Estate Investment Department. Steve is also Co-Founder of The Bellows Foundation, whose mission is to engage in research and development in practicum education and economic development. Steve is a graduate of Cornell University and a former Marine.
Stephanie Calderon
Stephanie is a 2006 STEP graduate. She is currently a freshman at the University of Arizona, majoring in biology. Stephanie is in the Blue Chip Leadership Program at school and also active in Every Voice in Action Foundation, a youth philanthropic organization in Tucson. Stephanie made the Dean’s List last semester for excellence in her academic performance. In January she was accepted into Alpha Epsilon Delta, a pre-med honorary society.

Strobridge
Rick is President and CEO of Healthcare
Technology Corporation (www.healthcaretec.com)
and the Founder of the United States
Telehealth Network. He is a leading
expert in telemedicine, medical imaging
systems, advanced operating room design,
and medical technology integration,
and a pioneer in integrated voice/video/data
networking, videoconferencing and
distance learning. Rick is an avid
sailor and an alumnus of a semester-at-sea
college program.
Gail
Williams
Gail is a tax consultant. For over
30 years she has advised individuals,
small businesses, and non-profit organizations
on their financial needs. Gail was
instrumental in establishing the Arizona
Association of Women Business Owners
and the Arizona Inventors Association,
serving on their founding Boards.
